At the end of the 19th century these towns were combined to one town. One town was named Buda, the other town was named Pest. The two ‘towns’ are very different and definitely worth visiting. There is a lot to see on both cultural and historical area. To see as much as possible, it’s wise to join an organized tour, so you can be sure you’ll discover the most interesting and beautiful places in Budapest!

The ‘Donauknie’ is the area where the River Danube bends to the south. Strategically this used to be a very important area. The remains of themedieval culture are well preserved. You can visit these historical and cultural monuments during the ‘Donauknie’ tour.

Puzsta Tour
The Hungarian Puzsta is a wide grass field with large farms and nature reserves. This area reminds us of the Wild West. National Park Hortabágy is the largest and best-known nature reserve. During the Puzsta tour you will of course see the traditional Puzsta: the typical wells, the herds of grey cattle and sheep with twisted horns. At the end of this wonderful day you will also listen to gipsy music, while enjoying a typical Hungarian drink.
